Custom Portrait
Using an image of your choosing, I create beautiful illustrations of your loved ones in my very own unique style; using the highest quality heavyweight cartridge paper, pro markers and ink I craft luxurious original pieces which are guaranteed to be the focal point of any fire mantle, cabinet display or feature wall.
 
To you as my client I will provide updates as your portrait is being rendered and will not ship the piece until you are completely satisfied with the finished product.

  • The Process
    ----------

    Time Frame: 1- 2 weeks

    Select your photograph
    Once you have placed your order with the amount of subjects you wish to be in the image, the next step of creating the perfect portrait is choosing the perfect image to work from. 

    Send me the photograph
    Once the source material has been decided on you will need to email it to me at contact@stacyhammond.com so I can confirm that I can work from the image you desire. 

    Inspect draft copy
    When the portrait is nearing its final stages of completion (around two weeks from commencement) I will send you a draft copy to inspect and comment on before final touches are applied.

    Postage of portrait
    Once you are happy with the result and all touch ups have been made I will sign the piece, package it using a sealed cellophane envelope and a cardboard backing enclosed in a cardboard envelope and mail the parcel via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. 

    Portrait received
    Around three to four working days later you will receive the delivery and unwrap your custom portrait ready to be framed and displayed in your favourite location.

    Why get your portrait mounted?

    I know your portraits are very special to you and of course you want them to last a lifetime if not more, so here are the reasons why mounting them can prolong their longevity and make your life easier:

    - Acid free mount to prevent any unsightly yellow marks on your portrait

    - Stops your artwork from bubbling due to moisture- Prevents the portrait touching the glass

    - I match the colour of the mount to the paper of the portrait

    - Super easy to frame, simply pop into a frame, no sticky tape or fixing it to a mount itself needed

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Digital downloads

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
